Hello,
This week I want to share with you a little tip that is guaranteed to increase your sales.
No matter what you’re selling, no matter how you are trying to sell it, adding customers testimonials to your sales copy will always increase your sales.
It’s hard selling things on the Internet. Your customer can’t ask you questions to your face, they can’t touch or see the product they’re buying. Often they don’t even know if you are a legitimate business or not.
All of these things can be overcome by listing testimonials from past customers.
They should be listed prominently throughout the copy of your web site, and you should also create a special page that does nothing but list customer testimonials.
For example, take a look at my customer testimonials page for our Submission-Spider software
http://www.Submission-Spider.com/testimonials.cgi
There’s nothing like a page with hundreds of past customer testimonials to close the sale on an undecided customer.
If your product is new and you don’t have very many testimonials yet, don’t worry. Post what you do have. Never try to make up fake testimonials, customers can tell in a second whether a testimonial is real or not.
Make it a point to email your customers and ask them how they liked your product. Don’t necessarily ask them for a “testimonial” just ask them how everything is going.
This is smart business because it helps you address any questions or needs your customers may have. Getting good testimonials out of it is just an added bonus.
That’s all for this week. See you next Monday!
