What's YOUR Holiday Marketing Strategy?
By: John Skorczewski
Hello,
Wow, it's been a few weeks since I published an issue....sorry about that...it's the holidays...that's my excuse
and I'm sticking with it.
In Last Week's Issue I talked about a Clickbank
sales strategy that should boost your sales dramatically.
This week I want to talk to you about the holiday season and how you can use it to boost your sales.
I don't care what your business is...all business is about marketing...and all marketing is about gimmick.
Nothing lends itself to gimmick more than the holiday season. The holidays are the best time for gimmicks, why? Because
people see through gimmicks... except during the holidays. Everyone knows that the holidays are times for sales...so you
can get away with gimmicks you normally wouldn't be able to get away with.
If you've been reading this rag for a while, you know that I think the most important thing in the world is to build your own
list of potential and past customers. So, I'm assuming you've been doing that.
Now is the time to really push offers to your list. Hold a special web only 20% off sale, and email your list about it.
Hold a special X-Mas sale, then a New Years Sale, then an after X-Mas sale, then a Pre-New years sale, then a day
after x-mas sale and a day after new years sale...
Offer a special 10% reindeer sale...or a buy one get the second free from santa sale....
It doesn't matter....make up weird stuff...just get your offer and name out there to your list.
I have a special offer that I send to my list every x-mas and it has proven to bring in thousands and thousands of extra
dollars worth of sales over the years. I usually just send it to past customers and people who have downloaded my
Submission-Spider.com software. But this year I'm going to send it
out to you as well. Read it...study it...emulate it....look for it right after x-mas.
Until then work on creating your own special offer and send it to your list!
That's all for this week. See you next Monday!
