For several past issues I’ve talked about site copy and how important it is to selling your products.
The fact is I can ramble on and on about this subject, but I’ll never explain it as well as the legendary Claude C. Hopkins.
Claude was an advertising man way back when. In 1923 he wrote a short book that has been the bible of copy and advertising ever since, called “Scientific Advertising”.

This book is very old and obviously isn’t about Internet Marketing….but you can translate the knowledge it has, and apply it to your Internet business fairly easily.
Claude also wrote “My Life In Advertising” which is a more story-like book, but which contains a ton of excellent information on copy, advertising, and selling in general.
I recommend you buy it. I actually have a hard copy of both books printed as one, which you can buy from
amazon.com for around $11 bucks.
That’s two books in one, over 300 pages of knowledge for $11 bucks.
I have an extensive marketing library, but “My Life In Advertising” and “Scientific Advertising” are two of my very favorites.
